But spirits can do all of these things because they don’t need gadgets or receptors or anything like that. They themselves are literally made of the energy and frequencies needed to tap into the brain and body.
Seeing everything in the natural world around you change where it doesn’t look like it’s supposed to. i.e. Houses, neighborhoods, street signs, highway exit signs, the sky. (This is why people are getting lost and have no clue where they are)
Seeing visions that are all around you and intermingling with the natural world. These are not being seen inside the head or mind space they are being seen externally.
Ability to control activities, responses & have conversations inside the dream state

Sudden & multiple rises and falls in body temperature within minutes by 2-5 degrees in my observation.
This is not by mankind. At least not fully and not yet. You are dealing with a spirit attack that has been warned about for 1,000’s of years in these books. Job literally warned about every bit of this:
